We offer service-based support such as printer installation, setup, and repair. Refunds for these services are handled under the following terms:
Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund.
Partial Refund: If our technician is unable to complete the service due to a technical limitation on our end, a partial refund may be issued.
No Refund: If a service was completed as agreed or the issue lies with customer-provided hardware or software, no refund will be issued.
If you have purchased a printer, accessory, or related product through our service:
Return Window: You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Product Condition: Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened ink cartridges, used paper packs, or customized items are non-returnable unless defective.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue.
